Daylight Saving Time 2007

IMPORTANT:  This memo includes information regarding steps you must take to ensure your appointments are not adversely affected by Daylight Saving Time 2007.

As you may already know, 2007 Daylight Saving Time (DST) was extended by approximately four weeks.  In compliance with this provision, Daylight Saving Time dates in the United States and Canada will start three weeks earlier (2:00 A.M. on the second Sunday in March) and will end one week later (2:00 A.M. on the first Sunday in November).

No matter what version of Windows or Office you use, this affects your PC and your company's server(s).

Other systems that will be affected by DST 2007 are mobile devices (such as Windows Mobile phones and BlackBerrys) that are used to make calendar appointments, and time clock software.
