Endeavor
Technologies Wins Microsoft "Winning Customer of the
Year" and “Customer Experience of the Year” Awards at
Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference

Somerset , NJ ) August 10, 2004 – Endeavor Technologies, LLC
(“Endeavor”) and Microsoft today announced that Endeavor
was a recipient of both the Winning Customer of the Year and
Customer Experience of the Year awards at the 2004 Worldwide
Partner Conference. The awards recognize Microsoft Certified
Partners that delivered exemplary solutions for their customers
during the past year. Award winners were chosen from
a group of finalists from around the world. Winners
were announced at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference,
Microsoft's premier annual event for industry partners, held
this year in Toronto .
“Even
among so many stellar nominees, Endeavor truly distinguished
itself in the Winning Customers and Customer Experience award
categories,” said Allison Watson, vice president, Partner
Sales and Marketing Group, Microsoft. “Endeavor has all the
makings of an outstanding Microsoft partner: a deep understanding
of technology, proven expertise in the small business market
space, and a passion for building solutions that solve its
customers' business problems in an innovative way. It is truly
an honor to recognize Endeavor's outstanding command of Microsoft
technologies.”
"This
is a major achievement for Endeavor, and it reflects the close
working relationship we have with Microsoft both at a local
and corporate level," noted Endeavor's President Matt
Makowicz. "Considering the exclusive nature of
these awards, we're extremely proud of our accomplishment."
Endeavor
received the Customer Experience award based on its Endeavor
Complete Support program that delivers comprehensive technology
related services such as proactive maintenance and unlimited
help desk services to small businesses without their own IT
departments. “This is going to open up possibilities
that we never even dreamed of,” said Lauretta Farrell of NJ
SEEDS, a Newark, NJ based non profit that helps gifted underprivileged
children, the Endeavor Complete Support customer for whom
this award was based.
Endeavor
received a second award, Winning Customer of the Year, for
its work with Envirotactics, a 12 person services firm based
in Wall, NJ. “Now I can rest easy on that [technology]
front because Endeavor takes care of it,” said Chris Neuffer,
president of Envirotactics who migrated to a Microsoft platform
from Linux. Neuffer added, “After all the problems with
Linux, any investment is worth my ability to get back to concentrating

5/19/05 - 28th Annual Franklin Township Chamber Golf Outing:
Endeavor was proud to be a major sponsor at the golf outing to support our local Chamber of Commerce. The highlight of the event was a presentation of a $2,000 check to the burn center at St. Barabas by a local hero and volunteer firefighter.
